What if I don't have a 20% down payment?
This is the #1 myth! We'll show you multiple loan programs and grants that allow you to buy with as little as 3% down, and sometimes even less. Many of our past attendees were shocked at how little they actually needed.
What if my credit isn't perfect?
You don't need a perfect score. We'll cover the credit requirements for different loan programs and give you actionable steps to improve your score quickly. Many of our attendees bought their first home with scores they thought were too low.
Is this just a high-pressure sales pitch?
Absolutely not. This is a 100% educational workshop. My goal is to teach you what you need to know, whether you decide to work with me or not. No strings attached. You won't be asked to sign anything or commit to anything.
Can I bring my partner or a friend?
Yes, we encourage it! Buying a home is a big decision, and having someone you trust there makes it even better. Plus, they might learn something they need too.
What should I bring to the class?
Just yourself and an open mind! We'll provide handouts, worksheets, and a personalized checklist. If you like taking notes, bring a notebook or your phone. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
What happens after the class? Will I be pressured to work with you?
After the class, you'll leave with a complete roadmap you can follow at your own pace. If you'd like help putting it into action, I'm here. If not, no hard feelings at all. Many attendees take 3-6 months before they're ready, and that's perfectly fine.
